Uji Unjuk Kerja Kompor Berbahan Bakar Bioetanol

Abstract

Abstract : The objective of this research is to investigate the performance of stove using biethanol fuel. The stove is the pressurized kerosene stove. The research was carried out experimentally in the laboratory. Three bioethanol concentrations were used, 50%, 70%, and 90%. The performance of bioethanol stove was compared to the kerosene stove. Results of the experiments showed that the performance of kerosene stove is higher than the performance of bioethanol stove. The performance of kerosene stove is 73.2% while the performance of bioethanol stove with concentration 50%, 70%, and 90% is 31.6%, 49,7%, and 27,8%, respectively.
