Abstract

Open space is very significant for living city, there for it’s existence need maintain
all times. We know that people and other creature need cleaning water, cleaning air for living,
and so on, and the green of open space can create that. Other side, cities have strategic plan
for imaging city. Many city like Yogyakarta possess elements of best imaging from inner
cultural. The several elements connected with green open space as best image city.
In this paper, writer want to develop image of open space as public space for Yogyakarta. As
cultural tourism city, Yogyakarta need come into being best unique city. So, with develop
green open space, we can reached that desire.
