Abstract
Drainage is one of public service facility in the housing development. The developers
have to build the drainage totally and properly. The housing development is designed by using
the Ecological Architecture has to observe balance of natural environment and unit housing
included the drainage. However the price of land for housing is on the increase, the developers
have to decide which area for drainage facility and unit housing. The drainage should be
designed for flood control
