POTENSI LOKASI APARTEMEN SOLO PARAGON DI KOTA SURAKARTA

Abstract

Surakarta had more and more high density which caused of easy economic
factors, strategy and environment position. Beside that Surakarta more and more had roled
became centre of some activities in surrounding regional ( hinterland ), provincial and
national. This fact brought consequency to necessary fulfillment of housing and provided
bigger houses area too. One of attempt to less necessary of houses area built of vertical
houses. This action can less used of houses area, brought nearer inhabitant went to working
area, brought nearer inhabitant of infrastructure and city utilities . With the result an open
space became comfort and widht. Based on bussiness and tourism potencials, Surakarta
became a city more attracted of domestic dan foreign investors.This fact became some reasons
to built 2 apartment in centre of Surakarta . One of important reason in order that consumer
interested of an apartment was a position of apartment in centre of Surakarta. There were
Solo Centre Point and Solo Paragon which had been different condition and potency. How did
potency of location in Solo Paragon apartment ? The propose of research identified about
potency of location and showed spatial location of 2 apartment in centre of Surakarta. This
method of research was Diskriptive Qualitative Analysis.
