STUDI KETERSEDIAAN LOKASI PERUMAHAN KAWASAN PERKOTAAN SRAGEN TAHUN 2028

Abstract


Sragen Urban Area was the central business district of Sragen Regency. As time
goes by, population in this area keep growing proportional with housing needs and residential
land requirement, but the land availability do not change. Availability study of Sragen Urban
Area residential location on 2028 done to know the avaibility of compatible location for
residential that consider the compatible location factor and residential land use planning.
Superimpose (overlay) analysis toward physical aspect, accessibility, basic infrastructure, and
economic infrastructure used to obtain compatibility residential location. Final overlay result
overlaid with residential land use planning according to RDTR Sragen Urban Area 2009-2028
to gain legal residential location. Availibility residential location in Sragen Urban Area on
2028 is 562,07 Ha. By way of projection analysis, housing needs assessment, and counting of
residential area needs obtained that residential area needs on 2028 is 69,37 Ha. With
comparing location availability and residential area needs obtained that Sragen Urban Area
has wide availability residential location.
