WATU KODOK BEACH RESORT DI GUNUNG KIDUL DENGAN PENDEKATAN ARSITEKTUR HIJAU

Abstract

Watu Kodok Beach Resort is a lodging accommodation in Watu Kodok Beach in Gunung Kidul Yogyakarta with the natural state of unspoiled nature beaches, lodging accommodations that serves as a place to spend leisure time together which is equipped with various facilities with a positive concept to humans and the environment. This property as accommodation needs star class hotels in Gunung Kidul. Issues raised was how to draft as a basis for planning and design of buildings Watu Kodok Beach Resort in Gunung Kidul with Green Architecture approach. By analyzing the potential and existing problems and backed up the data and information, it will obtain the concept that a resolution of the problem. The concept of the design approach used is Green Architecture is applied to the area of design and construction related to the processing and site development, water and energy conservation, energy conservation, use of natural resources, the selection of building materials, lighting and comfort of a natural ventilation, and sewage treatment and waste generated by the resort.
