SEMARANG AQUASCAPPING PARK Taman Akuarium sebagai Wadah Wisata Pendidikan Biota Laut di Semarang dengan Pendekatan Arsitektur Metafora

Abstract

Semarang Aquascapping Park, an arrangement of aquarium for toursm and educational activities, which provide information of animals and plants on the sea, to preserve and exhibit, as well as trying to create an atmosphere of recreation and education, with the metaphor of architecture approach, which is located in Semarang. For this purpose, design problems to be solved i.e (1) How can architecture be receptacle water-themed education tourism, (2) How does the architecture metaphor applied to building, (3) How to raise of the less productive areas with rob the discernment of building. Method of strategy, is by designing an aquarium park to communicate of the architectur metaphor with form analogy, in existing site where the regional planning proposal is done. Forms of communication metaphor are being implemented through processing by analogy one form of marine is jellyfish, into building’s appearance, formation and room atmosphere. While the proposed of the planning area by reactivate tourm environment and procurement pools retention to contains flood tides.
