Abstract
Integrated urban space is that if the elements inside functionally comprehensible
links, structurally in clear spatial order, and think about the importance of historical, cultural
and social values. In this study, the urban area of Surakarta is look into part of that objective:
how is the condition of norm and function factors of integration. The process of analysis
utilized description and exploration method to procure norm dan function condition. The
output is integration of Surakarta area faces problems – especially about those two factors -
and should be merged into a whole
