The City center, have a dynamic character. Its strategic area, makes influence to pull
and to push some activities in that places. Almost all of activities stand there, because there are
markets. Land function are dominated by business and transportations facilities and some thing
its sub activities, so the situation buildings become bad condition, building coverage very hight..
Manado city, is not far from that situation from existing condition. But the “Soekarno’s
Bridge “ will be build there, it is have long bridge, large, hight, hanging more than 25 m from
sea water level, and beautiful thing. There is a positive thingking about it, to make Soekarno’s
bridge become a monumentaly thing. The Bridge to be “ Land Mark “ Manado city, so the bad
building activities in sourounding are relocated, make clean and beauty invorenments.
