PENGARUH DESAIN TERHADAP TINGKAT KENYAMANAN RUSUNAWA BEGALON II SURAKARTA MELALUI EVALUASI PASCA HUNI

Abstract

The building design that is used for housing should be planned by consider of the
healthy and comfortable. The research is focused on post occupation evaluation of Rusun
(vertical housing), because at the object consists of more activity that it can cause
uncomfortable problem. Three of factors can be identified for evaluation the Rusun is
technique, function and behavior. The evaluation is focused on identification of correlation
between building design and comfort occupation in Rusun. The method of the research is the
observation method by using purposive random system for determining the research points that
have comfortable problem for occupaning.
