Abstract

For the agenda comprehend of public need, The Study Program of Architecture
Departement Architecture Technical Faculty UNS supplies the student for becoming
entrepreneurs in architecture linkage. The lecture which has been prepared to support it’s are
: Interior & Exterior, Product Design and Enterpreneurship. Product design is a part of
industrial design. In product design lecture, learned making an inovatif design product for
human. Student taught to make a comfortable products, looking good, and economic. Product
design (Despro) is a choice lecture 1 at odd semester. Lecturing strategy programmed started
with introduction, followed with design product observation in literature and internet, field
survey, exploration of form, study of human need, study of market trend, production process &
finishing, calculation budget & reality budget, followed with the application of product design.
Equipped with report and product model. To support the entrepreneurs motivation, inviting
practitioner guest lecturer. This effort does not optimal, next time the relationship with
practitioners and entrepreneurs need to be improved, continue, so the students have
opportunity to bail experience.
