KAJIAN ASPEK TEKNIS RUSUNAWA BEGALON I SURAKARTA DALAM TINJAUAN UU NO 16 TAHUN 1985
Abstract
The housing design that planned by vertical construction should based on design
standard. The research is focused on Rusun (vertical housing), because at the object consists
of more problems, technical or non technical. The vertical housing that be built will compare
to the standardization of design regularly. The aim of research is to describe of the regulation
of Rusun and implementation of program in reality field. The output of research can be used
for the evaluation of Rusun reconstruction based on UU No. 16 Tahun 1985. The method of
the research is the observation method by using purposive random system for determining the
research points that have safety of building.
