PENGALAMAN PEMBELAJARAN EVALUASI PASCA HUNI TENTANG PENTINGNYA KONSEP DAN KRITERIA KINERJA BANGUNAN PADA TAHAP PERANCANGAN ARSITEKTUR BAGI PEMBELAJAR ARSITEKTUR

Abstract

Phases of a design project is a cycle that begins from program development phase
and then preliminary design phase, production phase, stage construction phase,
occupancy phase and ends with post-occupancy evaluation (POE) phase. Learning Evaluation
of POE provide learning experiences that job evaluation is a milestone of project
management needs to be done. The development changes is planned and it must
be understood correctly that the purpose and goals of quality improvement of the building
will be achieved depending on what and how the formulation of performance indicators and
building performance criteria. The responsibility of ther architect and engineering work will
be declared successful at the end of the cycle stage (post-occupancy evaluation). Building
Performance Concept and Building Performance Criteria are built as an indicator of
performance will be evaluated against the results of comparative performance measurement
on the design and construction after several years of occupancy. There are close links-material
understanding of the Building Performance Concept and BuildingPerformance Criteria in the
design stage and post-occupancy evaluation stage.
